December 2022 Newsletter
I hope this short note finds you doing well. I’m sure our Father has held you and helped you through the year. It was an excellent year for His Outpouring Ministries.
As the year winds down, I wanted to share some high points for His Outpouring ministry, revivals, church, and books. I am forever thankful that the Master teaches and walks with us daily. God is so faithful and true to His promises.
We did eight revival meetings this year, with many born again, healed, delivered, and filled. We started baptizing people after they were born again during the revivals— a powerful tool. At the Casper Revival, 18 came forward to be baptized on the sidewalk downtown.
God is always willing and able, so the key is to be willing and able. The power of God was so strong and humbling. New unity was experienced amongst churches in most cities we were in. Next year will be an even stronger season of revivals. I’m excited about 2023 for His Outpouring Revivals. You can find more information on www.HOPRevivals.com
We released a new book in 2022. Overcomers: Walking Singleminded In A Doubleminded World. It demonstrates how, encourages, and emphasizes the importance of living an overcoming lifestyle by partnering with God. It is available in audible format, Kindle, and paperback at www.amazon.com, barnesandnoble.com, www.booksamillion.com, and many other fine bookstores. Upon its release, this book made the #1 Best Seller list in its category. It took almost 18 months to write this excellent book. More at www.singlemindedbooks.com.
His Outpouring Church out-grew its current space at Eastridge Mall in Casper, WY. We rented an adjoining room in the mall to accommodate a children's church and a baptismal area. As we grow, we are also looking at expanding into part of the previous Macy’s area.
We hope you’ll consider joining us in person or online for live service Saturday evenings starting at 6:30 pm MST for healing, impartation, and encouragement in your walk with God. In 2023, we have more revivals planned. We are making plans for church growth. There is a new book in the works, and we have great expectations of more Holy Spirit miracles and lives being changed.
We wish you a Merry Christmas and hope you’ll consider His Outpouring Ministries in your end-of-year giving. Find five ways to give or follow us at
This video is a brief description of his new book and why its important.
When you have monumental moments in your life God is always there with you in those moments. He has never left or forsaken any of His children. This book will give life-altering suggestions on operating in this world. It is a chance to let His answers be our solution.
It Should Be Normal To Live Life Single-Minded To Father's Instructions. It Should Be Very Common To Abide With Our Father Daily. It Should Be An Exciting Opportunity To Fulfill Our Reason For Being On This Earth.
Enjoy A Book That Gives Us This Confidence. It Is For All Of Us... Not Just A Few. We Are His Children.

Everyday problems—concern for our children, day-to-day decisions, illness, and a host of other things—try to control our thought process. That dilemma does not have to be our reality. We have a clear-cut, heaven-sent formula for working through the issues, problems, and even opportunities in life. There will always be little "giants" to fight while we live on this earth, but our heavenly Father sent His Son with Holy Spirit to model a life of overcoming for us.
Now, with God's help, we can have the victory and find the solutions needed to fulfill our assignments on earth. We can tap into the answers for ourselves and our families and the multitudes around us who are quickly losing hope. We can bring light to the darkness that is so prevalent today.
Only through walking single-mindedly will we be able to help ourselves and then others. When we walk a lit path, we can make a difference in this world. Our Heavenly Father provides the light. This series breaks Scripture as a source of strength and overcoming in all situations. You can be victorious in this life.
Jesus said, "Why do you call me Lord and do not the things that I say?" It seems like such a simple, common sense question. Yet many Christians today live in turmoil because they have not yet learned the simple lesson that Brad outlines in his book. The mark of a true teacher is the ability to communicate complex issues in simple language that everybody can understand. God never intended His gospel to be complex. It is simple, really, and Brad does an excellent job of delivering this foundational truth with glaring simplicity. Your walk will be narrower after reading this book, and that is a good thing. It was very refreshing for me and I highly recommend his book to all. – Gary Carpenter (Gary Carpenter Ministries.)
Brad Climer has succeeded in conveying HOW to make the born-again life a practiced flow out of the grace-life of Jesus. "Single-mindedness" is not simply nice theology or theory. It is practical instruction that Brad lifts straight from the words of Jesus and backs-up with many biblical examples. I have been a pastor for 32 years, and I found this book challenging me in all the best ways. I sensed the Holy Spirit beckoning me in it's pages to "come up higher." This book will leave you re-invigorated in the REALITY of God's presence, His empowerment, and His exciting mission for your life. - Gregory
Modeling Jesus is a well written, thought provoking recipe for a closer walk with the Father. It's a must read. ”I’d rather be intimate with God than be intimate with my circumstances." What a profound statement!!! As I sat there reading that over and over I felt the slight sting of conviction for allowing the awfulness of a current situation in my life overshadow what I know of God's Word and His Love for me. I say "slight sting," because when the Father brings correction it is always from a place of Love for us; powerful, uncomfortable but never painful. His Word is the Rule. His Word has the final say. His Word is THE answer. It's through intimacy with God that we find real strength to stand and stand therefore on EVERY WORD HE SAYS. Thanks for that reminder Brad Climer. - B.Baker
